The Fine Print

- Bonus award will be determined using one of the tiers, based on Member’s cumulative qualifying purchases made during the Bonus Period
- “Qualifying purchases” do not include returns, cancellations, shipping and handling, taxes, gift card or other cash equivalent purchases, and certain products that are not eligible for bonus miles
- Please allow up to 10 weeks after the Bonus Period for bonus award miles to post to portal account
- Bonus points will not count toward A-List, A-List Preferred, or Companion Pass qualification
Our Verdict
Great to see another portal bonus for our holiday shopping. As a reminder, here are the other available offers;
- Up to 3,000 bonus Alaska miles
- Up to 5,000 bonus United miles
- Up to 5,000 bonus AA miles
The big bummer here is that these bonus points do not count toward the Companion Pass. The base-points earned from the portal do count, but they’ve excluded the bonus. Can’t remember if this is a new thing or they’ve always done that with bonus portal points.
