I feel like I’m missing something, because it doesn’t say ‘up to’, it just says 15% back and I don’t see any exclusions either. I assume this is probably some type of mistake, but the terms seem clear so will be interesting to see how this is handled. Daily limits giftcards.com are $2,500 per order and $5,000 per 24 hour period. I’d personally only purchase assuming that this won’t payout and then be thankful if it does. initially didnt get cashback (but rakuten showed an order was placed). looked again today and they gave me the cashback at 15x
My bank blocked the first transaction and told me to put the order in again. Both tracked.
FYI, i pestered Rakuten into giving me the cash back they owed me. at first my 2k purchase didn't track at all for 15%, but now they've adjusted my account and given me the $300 cash back.
Wow, they told me to wait 45 days, I just went ahead and cancelled the order since it didn’t track.
Anyone ever had luck with submitting a missing cashback ticket with Rakuten before? I had mine show the transaction as pending last night with 0% spend, then this morning it disappeared.I just messed them a minute ago, but not really hopeful they'll honor it.
I have a couple of times, usually when I use the wrong browser (my main one doesn't allow any ads or tracking) and it doesn't automatically track.
Just fill out a ticket. Maybe a day later they'll ask for a copy of the order confirmation from the vendor and it will show up a few days later.
I had to do this for the GC.com 15% promo and my 15% posted today. So far I've never had them deny a legitimate purchase.
To respond to your question, I have done this on several occasions and they have the best track record by far in my experience.

Yes. It did not show anything. I submitted a missing cashback ticket and within a few hours the cashback was showing

Yes this time. I Ordered a $100 visa egift card. I filed a missing cashback and it was added to my account.
My order was just under $2500 and they haven't responded to my inquiry as of yet. Sent it this morning. There's slightly more money involved in this one. So I'm sure they are being more thorough about it. Ot they are just blowing me off....... time will tell
Just as a follow up. Was notified today that my order was verified and the cashback will be paid. YES!!! Only wish I could have ordered more!
same here. I ordered just under $2500 in visa gift cards, had to submit missing cash back request, but it just posted at 15%. I would have ordered more.
I guess i will try to get a few other giftcards.com accounts set up so I have them ready for the next time something like this comes along

I placed an order around 5:30 PST - got the " Your Cash Back update" email at about 7:45 PST
around 9PM PST got the New tweet from @dochotdeals notification, I guess it did sometime shortly after that.

I hate to admit it but highly doubt this will pay out. Cashback portal are notorious for clawbacks
