Ibotta has an offer for $5 cash back on a internet purchase. It's on my and my Mom's accounts. What's targeted is the amount of money you have to spend... mine was $5 for $40 spend. Her offer was $5 for $20. Ibotta offers 1.5% at Ebay. Even if GC'S are excluded at the 1.5% rate... you'll still get the $5 back. John 3:16
