The Fine Print

    • The Promotion starts at 5:00AM PT on August 13, 2019 and ends at 11:59PM PT on August 14, 2019.
    • The Promotion applies to any qualifying items purchased during the Promotion Period that meet the minimum purchase requirement.
    • You must activate the offer to qualify.
    • Qualifying items exclude all items in the following categories: Classifieds; Business & Industrial, but only for Heavy Equipment within that category; Real Estate; Gift Cards & Coupons, including eBay Gift Cards, Gift Cards, and Digital Gifts within that category; Bullion within the Coins & Paper category; and all categories in Motors, except Parts & Accessories.
    • Rewards are capped at $100 per transaction and $500 per Earn Period. See eBay Bucks Terms & Conditions for other program restrictions.
    • Purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period and paid for before the Promotion ends.
    • eBay reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke the Promotion at any time.

  • They don't really want you to use their website I guess... 6 vs 10%. I've been passing on these, they need to offer 13% or more or its moot with sales tax on everything (even chinese imports really?). The advantage that ebay provided is getting tinier and tinier.

  • Has anyone else NOT qualified for all 3 offers over the last 3 weeks?

    I'm trying to figure out if I've been blacklisted from getting eBay bucks, or what the heck is going on with my account.

    P.S. I know these offers are supposed to be "targeted", but I always used to get EVERY eBay bucks offer, and now I haven't gotten a single one in over 2 months.

    • yes, i also used to get them 2-3 times a month and have not received on in over 6-8 weeks now.

    • no but i usually never get them any more (after a long period of getting them), and now i got this one

    • I haven't got any. I signed up for bucks back in June and have had 0 bonus offers since then. I check everytime this comes up but I never get an email nor anything in my account dashboard.

      Ebay emails me 3 times a day with marketing junk but never a bucks offer :(
