From a reselling angle, Overstock and IHOP are the closest to break-even deals, but nothing really great here.

I actually think ABC gift cards is not on the level. Wouldn't build a trip to Paris around selling to them.
I've also had no problems with them. I prefer them to Saveya because they don't have Saveya's limits for non-bulk sellers and they do ACH payments for mailed-in cards.
I've used ABC a lot lately since they've had some of the better rates and I haven't had any issues. I was careful in the beginning, because of all the negative talk, but everything has been fine. They even reissued two checks that I never received (probably lost in the mail) right away.
I use ABC, Cardpool, and Saveya....no issues with any of them.
i've never had issues with them... pretty quick to pay actually.
I would actually disagree with you on that. They've gone above and beyond for me. A number of payment checks were returned to sender (they didn't put my apartment number on the mailing address for some reason). I didn't even have to contact them asking where missing checks were, they actually reached out to me first and let me know they were resending them.
I've always gotten my money from them without hassle. Just FYI for anyone who's new to this and on the fence re: ABC.
