Our Verdict
This card is pretty sweet for their targeted spend offers, this offer might even be available for all cardholders. Assuming a 5/6 redemption rate (you can get $50 Paypal for 6,000 points), it’s basically 10% back on the $250 in spend which is a good deal.

I assume this only works for actual credit card spend and not back-up for the debit card?
Yes, you have to swipe your PPal credit card to get the points. IME, the bonus points posted two months later.
Never spending offers on the 2% Paypal Cashback card.

Same. $600 spend for 3k points by 12/24. Max of 3k bonus points (possible typo in the article says 4k and the picture and my email say 3k.)
So I guess that means use on unbonused spend?
