You can view this months regular sale fares by clicking here. The problem with KLM/AirFrance is that the taxes and fees often kill the deal. One of the nice things about Fling Blue is that you can transfer points into the Flying Blue program from:

Do regular change/cancellation fees apply here, ie €45? Or are there special rules for promo awards?
DP: WAS-BRU in November had 4-5 12,500-mile days per week available with 284 euro total in taxes.
i think you mean to say sept 1 - dec 12 for the travel dates, not july-august
The site clearly states "Fly between 1 September and 12 December 2019"
Looking for WAS-MXP, the results certainly seem to reflect that.
