Our Verdict
These Staples deals come all the time. This one isn’t the best since they’re only offering a $20 Staples gift card and not a $20 Visa rebate card. More importantly, the deal is only for the purchase of Amex gift cards and not Visa/Mastercard gift cards. The Amex gift cards need to be spent down on ordinary spend.
Ultimately, it’s only really useful for racking up spend on a credit card which earns a bonus amount for office supply stores. Or possibly to help meet a minimum spend requirement.
