Upon successful completion of your 3rd Qualifying Purchase, you will receive a pop-up notification asking you to agree to these Terms and Conditions and “Privacy Notice for Samsung Pay.” Once you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice for Samsung Pay, you may choose a $30 gift card.

Two important limitations to this offer:

Promotion is only for new Samsung Pay users (“make your first three successful purchases”).
Promotion is only for those who already have Samsung Pay downloaded before the beginning of the promotional period (“have already registered for Samsung Pay before the commencement of the Offer Period”).

Most credit or debit cards are eligible to be used with this offer; however Samsung Pay Purchases with Bank of America Debit & private label (PLCC) cards are not eligible for this Offer (more info on compatible Samsung Pay card here)

Our Verdict

A bit weird that the offer is only if you already have Samsung Pay downloaded before the commencement of the offer period. For some reason, they don’t want to give this offer to entice you to download the app, rather to get you to use the app that’s already downloaded.

In any case, if you see this post on before April 15 Eastern Time (which is a few hours from the time of this writing), you should be able to download the app now and be eligible for the offer since the offer period only starts on April 15 ET. Otherwise, it will only work if you already have Samsung Pay downloaded but haven’t used it yet.
