    For further clarity; Wheel of Fortune Shop (the officially licensed retailer with whom you are corresponding) encountered a technical error in which our system displayed a $0 value for our 2XL sized hoodie for a limited period of time during our Black Friday Sale. During the aforementioned period of time, other unofficial sources publicized the error as an "offer". This was simply not true, and was never advertised as such in any way by this store or its official sources.

    Rather, those additional sites exploited the system error and encouraged unknowing consumers to take advantage of this. As we value our customers greatly, we have extended the offer above to each of you as a gesture of sincerity and encouragement to make a valid purchase with us.

  • My entire family was counting on squeezing into this XX hoodie to keep warm this Christmas. Now the holiday is ruined. The maple leaf tea won't go down nearly as well this year. We'll manage I hope.

  • Unsurprisingly, I also received a cancellation email. Nothing notable about it, just "Order XXXXXX has been canceled" and a breakdown of the order.
