Don't donate razor if you won't donate a year's worth of blades with each razor. It's a waste.
Something is better than nothing
A new razor every month is a luxury. It is not a necessity, especially if not used daily... if it helps someone it helps.
Weird comment...
I have seen many people donate pack of 36 razor blades so I think it is okay for someone to just donate the razor if they'd like. Personally, I would never say no to someone donating something new and something that can be used by another person.
