  • Local Auntie Anne's was a big bust. Claimed scanner wasn't working. Asked if we could try anyway. No. Finally I got them to enter code. Didn't work. They tried to tell me to go to next location down 15 minutes away. I asked if they could call to find out if they were participating because I really didn't want to drive that far for nothing. I finally just asked of they could just give me the pretzel because it was a national promo, and they did, begrudgingly. I am getting so sick of these franchises not participating in promos. It shouldn't be this big of a fight! Down the street I went to Philly Pretzel. They literally handed me my free pretzel. No fuss. No stress. All smiles.
