Our Verdict
Good time to buy or sell now if you were targeted. I finally started getting Bucks offers again (I think it’s because my Bucks balance got out of negative territory).
I didn’t see this posted but I also received a “Get up to a $40 coupon now” email 2 days ago. This along with the ebay bucks makes it a great time to sell if you have items in the listed categories. Here’s the details:

I just spend $600 on Lamps Plus ebay store yesterday. Is it worth inquiring with Citi Refind about the lost ~$50?

I can’t imagine they’ll cover this.
If I know I have a big ticket purchase and I regularly get targeted for ebay bucks, then I just wait for one. They have these multiple times a month. So it’s in one’s best interest to just wait a few days.
I normally do, but my wife was impatient. *Sigh*
