  • I got "payment declined", but when I contacted the credit card company, they said no declined transaction.

  • They nerfed it since yesterday. Max discount is now $10 and they don’t apply it toward the activation fee. Best option is a $200 gc for $194.95- not bad if you can buy with a card that gives cash back, but not anything out of the ordinary either.

  • Worked for me. Was able to offload immediately bu buying Costco Gift Cards. Transaction went fine and didn't even need to activate or register the VISA gift card

    • I’m curious, why did you convert to Costco GC? Can’t Visa GC be used at Costco directly?

      • Can't speak for Raj, but I'd do the same so that I don't have to spend exact value (near impossible) and I no longer have any expiration date to worry about. The "immediately" he mentioned also implies it was digital Visa which I don't believe can be used in-warehouse.

  • What is meant by "1 per customer per order?" Can there be 2 customers on 1 order?

  • Can it be used for paying tmobile bill?
Also, not sure if it can be added and used with google pay. The wording is confusing:
Digital Visa eGift cards are able to be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay Wallets, but are not able to be used at a cash register or physical point-of-sale systems. Please note that at this time, Gift Card Granny Visa and Mastercard gift and reward cards can not be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay

    • I was able to add the Visa GC to Apple Pay, but haven’t had a chance to use it yet.

  • WARNING: had promo code applied and it showed discounted total. Submitted order, then next screen and card were charged full price.

    • Same experience ! I have all screenshots and contacted them immediately. They still insisted ‘no promo code attached’. Requested a cancellation and they finally cancelled it for me after a few emails back and force.

    • They fixed it for me, go to the bot and open a ticket. The issue is probably coming from a fraud failure cancel on the first attempt.

      • I did, and received a reply that they can't do anything. I had to fight, provide screenshots. Only then they fixed it. I did not like the experience buying from them, and I think I won't do it again.

        • Exact same experience. Gave them a piece of my mind. Lets see if they even get back. Big scam this.

      • Guess what? Replied they can't do anything. How is it possible they can operate like that? Now I will have to file a dispute and have all that stress. Horrible business.

        • Digital Visa. They said that because I had an order cancelled (they create an order even if bank declines transaction), I "used" the promo code and can't be reused. It lets me use again, in a different order, but it gets removed ** AFTER ** submitting the order.

          • I bought the physical Visa. They said they could manually attach the code to my order.
