Our Verdict
Sometimes we see Swagbucks/the bank increase the offer over time, so it might be worth waiting for a better version of this to come along. In saying that sometimes the offer disappears never to be seen again. I generally recommend sticking to bank bonuses that are $100+, but up to each individual.

Biggest clowns in banking. Super lazy and incompetent CSR. Wont pay out referral. CFPB complaint made. CSR has been wasting my time giving the run around – I said ill make CFPB complaint if they continue to give the run around – this got the CSR’s attention – they made a case right after. A few hours later I got a nasty anonymous email from someone which I have a good hunch was from a disgruntled go2bank employee. Today go2bank closed the case without explanation and said its “resolved”. Huge headache with these people.
This bank is an absolute joke. Top 3 worst experiences of all time.
Transferring money out of GO2Bank has been tricky.
The only thing I’ve discovered that works for ACH transfers out is to have a business account linked, and then to pull from GO2Bank. I wasn’t able to get any personal accounts to link to GO2Bank. And GO2Bank does not seem to offer a way to push a ACH to another bank.
Ally and Alliant work to do ACH transfers.

Heads up on this one – they have language that they will decline your direct deposit if it doesn’t have the same SSN and Name associated with the account. Ruled me out because I am in 2 player mode, but with only 1 job that does direct deposit.
Glad I caught it before it was declined and I had to go through the trouble.
My P2 is using P1’s $5 DD every month to keep the acct free and was used to get the bonus. Of course, it’s going to be YMMV and a little risky.
Forgot to close my Go2Bank account after SB posted. I have a negative $5 balance now 🙁 I’m depositing $5 and closing ASAP!

To close your account, log in to the GO2bank app and select Menu, Manage cards, and Close your account.

haven’t had any problems with this acc after opening in may. have received 6 ref bonuses so far with no issues and transferred out.
