Citi AT&T Access More card earns 3x points as well (thanks to Payments Workshop for making this info easy to find). Giftcards can be sold for 88% of face value so some limited resale opportunity when you take into account the stacking but probably only really worth it for regular use or maybe in helping to meet a minimum spend requirement.
