does anyone know if a stay means 1 night or 5 nights etc. is there a difference between that?? could one just book separate "stays" in order to get more points a night/stay??

“complete your qualifying stays between November 1, 2021, and January 31, 2022, to earn your rewards.” Doc please add this to the description of your post.
Wondering if I checkout after Jan 31 or checking in before Nov 1 would count but doesn’t sound like it based on these wordings.
Also, it’s not possible to stack these with the 3X points offer or the chase/BoA 15% cash back offers since those have either expired or expire on Oct 31 which is outside the offer period for this promotion.
Does anyone if nearby cities count like San Jose for SF or long Beach for LA
