Will these Happy Cards work at JCP to buy other GCs?
In the past, you could use Happy at Home Depot and Bed Bath & Beyond to buy visa gc. But stores started cracking down on this, and Happy cards now have printed on them that you can't. So you might get away with it, but try small before going all in.
