Our Verdict

This is quite a nice savings on its own, and there’s probably some stacking opportunity here too which is eluding me at the moment.

The deal seems to be an unadvertised one as I don’t see it in the Lowe’s weekly ad. It might only be running in some stores and not others, let us know if you see it in yours.

  • So this around "net" $10 (in Lowes GC) per $200 visa card after $5-7 activation fee .... Not too attractive to me (just 5% CB) !!! I would bite if there is no activation fee or if I had other promo (Amex etc) that I can stack.

    • If you use Chase freedom 5x, it's $15 of Chase UR (1000 UR * 0.015 cashout with CSR) + $15 Lowe's gift card - $7 activation fee = $23 profit so 11% profit. It's not bad.

  • got 6 cards today. But the link to redeem is not working.... does someone know whats going on?

    • Didn't work for me incognito but worked fine not incognito. If it says no offers are available, refresh the page until they show up. If it says your submission can't be processed, just try again. I just got 3 to go through.

      • I did that way but the emails for the cards I got did not have card numbers but xxxxxxxxx

        • Try 833-989-1301 phone number. It’s a PITA but I have the same issue as you on 9 cards. Don’t wait too long cause after a while you can’t get the $15 Lowe’s egiftcard.

  • If you're doing for P1 and P2, can you buy all 4 in one transaction, or is it better to split it up? I will be using chase freedom to get the 5x points on purchase.

    • 14 cards, 7 emails, 2 transactions, Chase and Amex. Only issue is around 10th or 11th card, switch to VPN if you get max IP limit.

    • I did that and bought 4 cards in one deal, then used 2 email to get rebate, all smooth.

  • I accidently submitted for the other rebate (Bass Pro Shop), and now seem to be blocked when submitting for Lowes. Getting "unable to process at this time, try again later". Have tried for several days now, so seems like blocked. On the bright side, was able to submit several for correct rebate (Groc Everywhere) and unloaded at WM.

  • Has anyone gotten their "stacking" statement credits yet? It's been five days for me.

    • Which stacking are you referring to?
      >JetBlue TrueBlue Shopping card-linked did not work for me, since that is for online purchases and I bought the two $200 GE GCs in-store.

      -I received AmEx extra 4%, posted on Monday after buying Friday.
      -CFF bought just yesterday and pending, but getting the category 5x from Lowe's is no trouble from Chase, I've done many times this month already including for GCs like priceless golf $500 MC GC w/$5.95 fee. Redeeming for the two $15 Lowe's eGCs worked right away. Just saved both as separate PDFs right away as the emails sent do not have the eGC info.

      • Update: JetBlue TrueBlue Shopping card-linked 3x points is now showing up as "pending". We'll see if it goes to "approved" even though it was in-store and not online.

      • I was referring to the Amex stacks (10% from Lowes and the $25 after spending $500+)

        I received an email from Amex saying, "Thank you for using your Card at Lowes. You saved 10% on your recent purchase with Amex Offers." But I haven't seen it reflected on my bill yet.
        As well, my Big Business card hasn't reflected the $25.00 back after the $500+.
        Today is the last day for the offer at Lowes and was hoping to add to it but if the Amex stacking isn't work then I don't want to waste my time or money.
