- Uber has partnered with the group Mothers Against Drunk Drivers to offer free rides to all New York state residents outside New York City on Wednesday, Nov. 27, the night before Thanksgiving. There are also similar programs in Long Island NY, as well as Metro NJ and MA.

Uber users can enter the promo code on the Uber app. (Go to the menu, tap payment and then Add Promo.)

- The promo is good for up to $10 on a ride hailed between 9 p.m Nov. 27 and 3 a.m. Nov. 28

no code for boozehounds in the city?
I attempted to add these codes earlier today and although some of them show success, they're no where to be found in the promo section of the app. Attempting to add them again yields a message that you cannot have two of the same promos.
Maybe it doesn't show if it's not valid yet? (not yet 9pm)

Gift Card code is invalid for all attempted codes. Home is NJ, but physical location is NY. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
