Best Buy had a 15% on Black Friday, but it's extremely rare. Never seen 20%.
This is effectively 14.5% off if you get the Chase Freedom 5x and use it for cash back, or 16.74% off if you redeem the UR points via Sapphire for travel at 1.5x
Family Dollar and one of the other stores like that both had 15% off in recent weeks. For me, it's a pass at 10%.
