IHG were running a promotion called ‘Priceless Surprises‘ (actually ends on March 15th), the idea was that if you completed a stay with IHG using a MasterCard you received an entry where you could win a prize. Because the promotion operates like a sweepstakes, IHG had to allow people to enter without paying anything and you could enter via sending in index card handwritten with your details inside of an envelope.
A lot of people entered, but I’ve heard from a number of people that have stated that they didn’t get all the e-mails they sent in entries for (maximum of 94 entries per person). If your in this situation, I’d strongly recommend sending an e-mail to questions@helloworldfulfillment.com complaining about this fact. Multiple readers (and Free Frequent Flyer Miles & data points on Flyertalk) have gotten their missing entries to post after e-mailing and a bit of back and forth. I think if you went to the effort to hand write these postcards, you should probably go to the effort of following up via e-mail to get what is owed to you.

I just contacted them today about 62 missing entries (between myself and the SO).
Hopefully they're fair and give us the points at 500/entry since that was the minimum.

I attempted to play the game with one entry I had saved for yesterday evening, Tuesday, March 15, 2016 after 9:00 p.m., pacific time - and the Hello World website stated the game had ended.
Today, I made a follow-up telephone call with the outsourced IHG Rewards call center in the Philippines and the supervisor credited my account for 5,000 points which includes 500 base points for each of the six entries not received, and a 2,000 point good will adjustment.
I chose to accept the 5,000 point offer instead of waiting for the investigation to complete itself - as the contest has already ended - and the problem of missing points is still fresh in the minds at the IHG Rewards call center.

I just called IHG and they told me they spoke with the person who is handling this mess and that there isn't a deadline for this. She told me this is a common issue they're dealing with right now as they have "many requests" similar to mine. Obviously not saying I believe them but at this point I have to hope that they still send out the rest of my entries and that it doesn't expire by the end of today. Helloworld doesn't have a phone number either so all I can do at this point is just wait.
I had sent in all the entries and not gotten any emails. I contacted them yesterday and received an email today saying I had 94 plays. After 3 I started getting the message saying I had no more plays left--anyone else have this happen?
I emailed yesterday, and got all the remaining entries plus 4X something entries not mailed out by me, lol
I emailed yesterday and received the rest of my entries (51) they were all 500 points though.
DP: mailed 188 entries on the last day of the contest. Didn't receive a single email. Emailed today and requested all 188 entries (separate emails). I received all 188 emails 12 hours later.
Question: I thought all entries were winners, but I got 1 loser. 500 points isn't anything to worry about, but I like to have the same point balances across all my accounts. What's the deal? Should I ask for another entry or can some people lose?

Sent a mail last night and received the missing 75 entries today and won 500 points from 73 and none on 2. Thanks a ton Doc for the suggestion. These points should give me a free night honololu :)
THANK YOU for the great suggestion and email link!! I emailed this afternoon and the 1st reply a few hours later was that they processed all 94 submissions. I replied and politely said I only got 79 plus I took screen shot of my account total of submissions, and also printed to pdf a copy of all points and attached that. I suggested maybe they were accipdentally sent to the wrong number ? and included my IHG number. A little bit late I received my missing 15 emails! I cicked thru them right away, so that's 15 times 500 points! Thank you Doctor of Credit!!
I sent out emails last night. Same exact response as you from Helloworld earlier today but I'm still waiting on a follow-up by them. Still waiting on IHG as well. Feel like they're trying to feed me bs about receiving all 94 submissions and I know my IHG points from this promo don't reflect 94 entries either. Responded back that I saved every email and I already double checked my spam folder and I still expect the other entries.
