The Offer
- Radisson Rewards is offering 3,000 bonus points when you use the app to book a stay of two nights or more (must be your first completed stay using the app)
The Fine Print
- The Promotion is available for all Eligible Stays with a minimum of two consecutive nights booked using the App at any Radisson Hotel Group properties worldwide, booked on or after July 23, 2019. The bonus will be applied to the member’s first completed stay booked using the App. Offer is subject to individual hotel availability. A member can only earn this bonus once. The 3,000-point bonus cannot be earned a second time, even if the member cancels the original booked stay. Offer is valid on stays booked using the Radisson Hotels mobile app with a minimum of two consecutive nights, (“Eligible Stay”). Eligible Stay(s) must be booked through the App.
- Exclusions apply. Free Award Night redemption stays, Points + Cash redemption stays and non-point eligible stays such as stays booked via OTA providers are not eligible to earn the bonus. This Promotion can be booked in conjunction with other point eligible rates and offers.
- To be eligible for this Promotion, you must: (i) Be a Radisson Rewards member; (ii) Must have downloaded the App; (iii) Must be logged into your Radisson Rewards account at time of booking; (iv) Must book an Eligible Stay using the App.
- Members will receive their one-time point bonus once the stay has been completed. Points will be awarded to the member’s account when the standard points are credited to the member’s account following an Eligible Stay.
Our Verdict
This can be stacked with the 5,000 bonus points per stay through the end of the year. Keep in mind there is currently an issue with Radisson Rewards where normal priced awards are not showing up at all and you have to pay a 50% premium to book non standard awards.

I use the Radisson card for maximum points. Now that Radisson is NOT serious which card shall I use for everyday purchases? Please help
At this point, it’s pretty clear it’s not a glitch the fact we can’t book reward nights. Radisson doesn’t want anybody spending points for bookings, they want that cash money.
I logged in to say you must, must, must post with caveat that they are blocking all standard redemptions but I see that’s been addressed. Be better next time, thanks. (It’s really Lucky’s fault for writing an ill informed post, not yours for rebroadcasting it.)
I found no problems with the original post. The promo might still be useful to some readers.
We already updated with this fact before your comment.
Say DoC, if we didn’t know better, you almost come across as shilling for Radisson here — loyaltylobby style….. Nauseating.
It’s been infuriating the “glitch” in the Radisson web site preventing ANYBODY from doing a normal rewards reservation at ANY Radisson property….. Instead, it’ll cost ya 50% MORE. (e.g. a 25,000 point reservation now goes for 37,500; a “normal” 50,000 point property now goes for 75,000, etc., etc!)
And you want us to get excited about wham bam, golly whiz…. a mere 5 k bonus per stay? Your ….. verdict mentions nothing about this mess….
Get with it DoC. (and all the other bloggers who’ve been ignoring this horrendous nonsense)
How is this shilling? It’s a small post about an app booking promotion. We’ve covered the award glitch previously as well, I didn’t know it was still occurring. I’ll add that to the verdict now.
In future it’s better to give constructive criticism rather than just making baseless accusations. We have zero incentive to shill for radisson or any other program.
Have they fixed the intentional problem of blocking actual award bookings ? This program is a joke now. Running point promos with no way to use the points.
I can see only see points + cash and premium award bookings (57k instead of 35k normal) for a Radisson I’ve stayed at in the past but nothing else.
Interestingly enough i checked again today and now can also see standard award bookings.
Nah, we’re two months in to this supposed glitch.
