I was not targeted.
I did get a special code for $5 off $75+ on 12/25.
I used it and bought two Walmart gift cards totaling $76.70 for $71.27.
I saved 6.5%. I will take it.

I hate their app. It keeps logging me out and then I have to enter my very hard to remember password again.
