My Amex bonus always post automatically. No callings or whatsoever. It usually posts within a few days after required spending are met. No later than billing cycle date. Chase UR don’t post till the end of the billing cycle. Yall are a bunch of whinny. Take a chill pill and grow up.

Since Amex moves their IT department to India (not just customer service), this issues pop up more and more frequently.

I applied for the SPG Business card April 1, met the $5 spending June 18. I’m still waiting on the 25k SPG points. I contacted AmEx support last month and was told 8-12 weeks for posting. Next statement closes in about 10 days. I’ll be calling again if the points aren’t on by then. Previous Amex bonuses (Delta, Hilton, SPG Personal) have been on the next statement for me.

This kind of “problem” is typical of Amex: signup bonuses that don’t post until you call, regular cash back earnings on new cards that don’t start posting until you call, earnings from special offers that don’t post until you call, etc. Their customer service reps are always polite and friendly, and they always blame it on a “computer glitch,” but the pattern of these “glitches” always seems to work in Amex’s favor. It’s one of the reasons that I prefer not to deal with Amex.
