  • I priced a couple of flights (while checking availability) over the phone for a couple of flights. I'm not seeing it now, so perhaps they pulled it. jetblue's hawaiian page on archive.org doesn't seem to work.

  • Citi by far is already the worst bank for credit cards. They have almost zero US based support and their fraud detection team is completely overseas. If you do happen to get Us based customer support they actually escalate overseas for complicated issues. My AA biz has had fraudulent transactions all throughout 2022 and 2023 even over multiple replacements and keeping them sock drawered and after a certain point they just stopped handling fraud disputes for me. Whenever I reported over the phone it they just said that they will contact me to follow up and it didn't give me an option to dispute online. It took over 4 months for me to get my money back and it only happened because I made a CFPB request.

      • Thanks Peter for sharing your story. Sorry to hear your loss. You should set up 2 factor authentication @guest_1763551

      • Citi wouldn't even transfer macy redemptions back to your account?
Wait that was Oct. Did you get points or macy?

    • don't know why that is happening to you! P2 and I have the Custon Cash card. We buy 500.00 VGC each month on both cards, get the 25.00 back. Of course, we do expect the fraud alerts at the point of sale sometimes. Hit or miss. But we get a text immediately and tells us to go back and redo our purchase, which works. Also, the SYWay card works great for us with their offers. You should cancel you cards with them. Other CC are more lucrative except for the Custom cash but limited to 300.00 yearly cash backs, as long as it works.
