- He’s Baaaack: Stop what you’re doing. JetBlue founder David Neeleman wants to launch a new U.S. airline. by Airline Weekly. That article is partially paywalled but as far as I can tell it’s where all the other stories originate from. You can read more on Bloomberg as well.
- Google to Fix Location Data Leak in Google Home, Chromecast by Krebs On Security. It’s crazy how many of these issues get sent through to an official bug reporting site only to be discarded immediately and then taken seriously when investigated by Krebs or another news outlet.
- New OpenTable Scam to Cheat You Out of Your Points by View From The Wing. This is so short sighted it’s unbelievable. Sure you’re going to get some people that forget to tick the box, but how long before those same people decide that using OpenTable is no longer worth it?
- Cancelling my unsold Harry Potter tickets by Miles Per Day. Not surprised that the more expensive tickets didn’t sell well. Cancellation policy seems exceptionally generous for resellers as well.
- Freezing 200,000 Tons of Lethal Arsenic Dust by Tom Scott.
I’d label the last one as “By Tom Scott” 😉
lol I did this half asleep, let me fix that
