- Verizon data of 6 million users leaked online by CNN Money. This is just ridiculous, the punishment for data breaches needs to be increased as the damage that can be done to individuals is just astounding.
- National Ice Cream Day – Get Free or Discounted Treats this Sunday by Maximizing Money. Nice round up for those who love ice cream.
- Two Autoslash wins, one Autoslash fail by EZ Journeys. Love me some Autoslash.
- ResellingDO 5 – Less than a month away! by Tagging Miles. Only had good feedback about these so far.

AutoSlash is the best, hands down, bar none. I don't even use any other sites now and have had great luck with them in every single rental thus far using them in CT, NY, MA, HI, NV, CA - over 10 rentals and counting.
Different vehicle types too (Jeep Wranglers, eco-cars). Last minute (literally got off the plane in my destination and booked it) and planned way in advance trips too!
Verizon it taking the merging of company cultures with Yahoo a bit too seriously.
hahaha...good one!
"No loss or theft of customer information occurred" DoC. This was an audit from a professional that discovered the potential of Verizon vulnerability. Ok to punish them only when they do not run audits and do not fix leaks.
Sorry, mine was more of a general comment rather than the Verizon breach specifically.
Autoslash has yet to beat a Chase UR booking.
