  • Had this in my account in So. Cal., but wife and kids said it sounded so disgusting I shouldn't bother.

    • I tried it, it wasn't that bad. Basically just juice plus a slight bit of coffee flavor (plus caffeine).

  • The last three or four times Safeway did a freebie, they were out of stock and the damned offer expired in two days. And they say "Sorry , no rain checks on JFU."

    • U can try ask for "substitution"
      find a product similiar to that and get it for free

    • That sounds like the Saturday sampler, and yes it's only good for a couple of days. Other free items have been hummus, a refrigerated cereal bar, etc. and those are usually good for 2-3 weeks. But yes, since everyone has the same free item on their list it's often OOS.

  • I got it in Sacramento. I get freebies quite often from Safeway, most Saturdays they have a free item, but good on that Saturday only. 100% of the times that I've looked for anything free, it's been out of stock. I stopped trying, you probably have to get there pretty close to opening.

  • That thing has been on my Just4U for ages, but my local Vons does not seem to carry it. Happens a lot. I did find a free thing once, some coconut water, and then I wished I did not.

  • I had this on my account but couldn't find it in the store .....Southern California.
