eBay and Samsung Pay are both offering Lowe’s gift cards at a 10% discount.

• $100 Lowe’s physical gift card for $90 from SVM on eBay, limit 3 OOS

We haven’t had many Lowe’s deals recently so these could be useful. The Samsung Pay deal is limited to 2 cards per 24 hours, expires 3/12/18, and has a max $500 limit over the promotional period.
