Update 7/9/20: Topcashback has reached out to say that the three month subscription will result in $10 cashback, you need an annual subscription for the $40 cashback (as predicted in this post). This seems to be an issue with the network rather than TCB itself. Rakuten and other portals are offering $15 cash back, so probably makes sense to go through them instead. Our Verdict
You should be able to go through a portal as well, as it specifically mentions this offer.Topcashback is offering $40 back on a new streaming purchase. I feel like I’m missing something though as that makes this deal way too good (my gut feeling is that this would go through as $10 instead of $40) (see update at start of post). If it does work then this is the best deal SiriusXM has offered, if the portal doesn’t working then some may find some of the older deals better. Remember that you need to cancel within the three months otherwise you’ll continue to be charged $8 a month.

Canceled online and they said they'll mail me an invoice and charge $2 for the invoice...wtf? I used a prepaid card that has no money left on it. Do I even need to pay?
canceled today my account. (last day before the charge). I used California address trick. Took me about 10 min that included chat with agent that provided account number.
Those that did the $1 promo + free Echo Dot, back in July, the monthly charges are about to start.
I had called to cancel a few weeks ago, and the CSR said I would not be billed. However, well after that call, nothing in my online account showed that cancellation. Also, my streaming was still operational, so I decided to chat tonight to verify. Sure enough, it was not canceled.
When you get them to cancel the subscription:
1. Your streaming service will no longer work.
2. Your Sirius online login will no longer show the next billing date & amount. https://care.siriusxm.com/
3. You should get an e-mail, Subj: Confirmation of Cancellation of Your SiriusXM Service, that shows you have canceled.
These 3 events happened within a couple of hours after chatting.

@will Those folks that did the Sirius offer this summer, check your e-mail inbox. I just checked P2's inbox and she had a complimentary Google Mini offer. No additional sign-up, new subscription, or negative repercussions that I can see for redeeming.

On calling for cancellation they are asking for cancellation fee of 50$. What to do? Was that in terms.
I called and "cancelled" for P1... and there was no talk of a fee. Said it would continue until the end of the trial and I would not be billed. So, I am not so sure it is truly cancelled, but I am a big boy and will follow up and make sure it ends. I have my doubts. @guest_1012332
I’m sure they will wait until we stop paying attention and then hit us with the big non-refundable fees. Then again, that’s what everyone does these days. Even my gym double charged me for no reason a couple months ago. Always good to watch your credit card charges like a hawk
Try canceling online.
I decided to throw in the towel with TBC and cancelled my SiriusXM subscription today. Was a lot easier than people claim it to be.
All I had to do was talk with their support chat on their website for 3-5 minutes and they let me cancel with only 1 attempt to coerce me to stay. Not bad at all.
Did the same this today. Nothing is happening with TBC. Cancelled via chat within 3-5 mins.
TCB submitted my missing claim to Sirius today. But I doubt it will ever be paid out even if approved. SiriusXM had last week clawed back all cashback ($70) from Befrugal which was due to be paid out around Aug 1st for the Google hub deal. Refer to below thread. Shady business by SiriusXM. Perfect example of bait and switch policy. They could have just denied the cashback earlier instead of waiting for 3 months until the day of pay out.
I will stay away from any more CB deals associated with SiriusXM.

Claim filed w TCB a couple weeks ago - and they submitted the claim to SiriusXM today. Hope to have this resolved soon!
