Our Verdict
These are terrific brands for a 20% discount, especially Best Buy. There is the hassle of using up the $10 vouchers – not sure if you can use multiple $10 coupons in a single shopping trip. And also a hassle during purchase since you likely need to buy $50 worth in each transaction with an obliging cashier.
Use your Freedom or Discover card this quarter for 5% if you haven’t already maxed it out.

I did one Best Buy Sat & then went back and did 2 more Sat, seperate tranasactions each. Cashier didn’t bat an eye for the 2 but had they I would have just put the second one back. Used all 3 coupons early the next morning in 3 seperate transactions for normal grocery shopping. Real quiet time so I think the cashier didn’t care. (Won’t be doing anymore since I flipped BB gc’s to 3rd party gc’s and the remaining BB stores that allowed that stopped Mon by all accounts.)
Just saw a dude do like 5 in one go while asking a cashier to do separate transactions. However, the BBuy gifts are almost out of stock at my local store. So this is YMMV.
Ooh, true, now that you mention it mine was running low on BB too.
I was told by one BB store manager that their policy against using BBGCs to buy 3rd party gift cards will be hardcoded into their POS as of 5/10/18. Too bad they've otherwise been so secretive about the change to their customers.
It was fun while it lasted! But this is still a great deal for anyone who has legit BB purchases coming up :)
