Personally I’d just stick with my regular place, but if you’re struggling financially or usually cut your own hair this might be a nice way to mix it up.

Look, I like to save money but honestly I pay $30 for my haircut without hesitation. I see if as a relationship. It's worth the money.
None in Kentucky participating. Our stores had offers like this all last year when they were still new.
Hopefully they try this again at some point as I never got the chance to try them out.
All in my area participate in this. I actually switched to this chain last year after a free cut. They offer a weekday morning (M-T) free MVP upgrade. Plus, they don't chit chat.

It's far from every location. The Sport Clips locations I usually go to are not on the list.. Might want to add YMMV to the title.
