The Fine Print

• StarKist 5 oz. Chunk White in Water is not included
• Settlement pool is $8,000,000 in monetary compensation and $4,000,000 in vouchers

Our Verdict

While no purchase proof is necessary, please only participate if you actually purchased one of the products list above during the stated time frame. This class action is the result of the mentioned cans of tuna not containing at least 3.23 ounces of tuna (the claim alleges that the average was 2.81 to 3.11 ounces of tuna). StarKist denied the claims but agreed to settle to avoid a costly lawsuit.
