Our Verdict
While no purchase proof is necessary, please only participate if you actually purchased one of the products list above during the stated time frame. This class action is the result of the mentioned cans of tuna not containing at least 3.23 ounces of tuna (the claim alleges that the average was 2.81 to 3.11 ounces of tuna). StarKist denied the claims but agreed to settle to avoid a costly lawsuit.
You’re not guaranteed to receive $25/$50 in Tuna, that depends on the number of claimants which is why it’s important to only participate if you actually purchased the qualifying tuna during the qualification period. You can read our primer to class action settlements here.

Got my $2.38 check in the mail yesterday.
$2.38 via PayPal for me as well.
Today I got a coupon in the mail for $5.03 toward purchase of any StarKist can or pouch products. Must choose at least 3 to qualify to use the coupon.
That might be the "$50 in tuna" payout. :P
I also got $2.38 in my paypal for this, was hoping for the $25 but better something later than never I guess!
Lol, anyone got their settlement payment?
I just a whopping $2.38 in PayPal, from KCC Class Action Services, LLC
Thanks, I actually am looking at ways to save money for hiking the Appalachian Trail next year. I would actually use $50 in tuna pouches!
Being paid $50 in tuna is just gross. Hopefully it's just one bill.
I chose the $50 in tuna and am immediately regretting my decision.
