My two cents – I recently (last week) tried to take advantage of this deal. Received purchase confirmation, then pending … then nothing. The service email didn’t work and the contact phone number they provide is a 555 number, which didn’t bode well. Eventually found a BBB email and made contact, but at that point I had already got AMEX to reverse the charge.

Overall nothing lost or gained, but I don’t feel comfortable recommending them.

Are you describing a chargeback process?
