Has anyone noticed that Lowe's is off TCB and eBates now? Also the 3rd party promo generator site has reduced a lot of it's offering down to $10 off $50 or 10%. Don't see $20/$40/$60 off anymore

Hmm. its not 20 off 100, its 20 off 200=10%. If you can wait, grocery stores have them at times for 10 off 50 which is 20% (plus the 6% CB from BCP which about matched the 5% UR here): But yes it you have something to buy right now go for it.
