Happy can be used for Lowe’s, I think that will be a popular option.

Does the gift card come in rainbow color? Do they have a tuck friendly version? What if the gift card does not identify itself as a gift card?
Use Redcard to stack extra $4.25 off (not sure why it isn't $5 though)
Target treats the free gift card as a purchase and the 3rd party gift card discounted. The Red Card doesn't discount TGT GCs. So if buying $100 GC with free $15 TGT GC, the discount applies to $85.
Can we do this more than once?
I did it in the target app witht the RedCard, got $100 Lowes GF for $20.
Also offering $10 TGT with $50 purchase of Top Golf, Under Armour or Spa Finder GCs.
Also REI for $20 GC on $100 REI gift card purchase
Also DP: $100 REI purchase with $20 gift card triggered my "spend $90, get $10" target circle offer. So the gift card is not subtracted from the qualifying amount.
