I have not receive targeted email at the beginning. and at the middle of May got email "remainder", that I can sign into that deal... Is there any "better" way to see it someone targeted or not?
If I have not receive initial email, cam I see my current offers somehow?
Or what should I subscribe for to not miss offers?
Set up a filter on your email to flag/prioritize emails from “Shop Your Way Mastercard”. That’s what the sender is for the targeted offers.

It's not just the citi Sears card, it's also the citi Shop Your Way card. I have the SYW card and received this offer. Perhaps the title should list both?
DoC tends to call them the Citi Sears card by default at this point because it’s still associated with Sears and the ShopYourWay card is the only version currently available.
I agree it would be nice if ShopYourWay was in the title but I just search Sears anytime I want to find posts here for the shopyourway card. You’ll see plenty of us in the comments of this and other “Citi Sears” posts have and use the SYW card.
Love this offer because my grocery/gas spend transactions already easily qualify so it’s just an extra $50 back for spending I was doing anyway!
I got this offer but it's useless with one big $300 bill...
So use your card more? Do you use it for groceries etc?
Chase is my priority with the 5x. Then Citi Custom for whatever is not included. Also have US bank for utilities.
5x is nothing compared to 13-15% for gas, groceries, and dining offer on this card if you can meet the spending each month. Unless you’re saying you didn’t get the GGD offer.
My offers aren't as good anymore:
5X home improvement
10X/$200 maximum grocery/gas/restaurant. That is used up quickly
10X/$1,000 internet purchase
$200 grocery is the maximum cash back, not the maximum spend.
Had a lot of these offers last year. After abusing the heck out of it, I no longer receive these offers.
I got approved for the Citi SYW Mastercard but for some reason, I can't log into the SYW website.
The SYW support team insists that there should be a SYW account # starting with 7081 when I log into Citi but there isn't
I do wonder whether an existing SYW account from 12+ years ago is somehow confusing the system.
Really not a good start.
Email the help email. They are super fast at responding and have fixed both mine and P2’s issues with logging into the shopyourway portal.
Just send an email to sywsolutions@syw.com.
Let them know you can’t access your points on the shopyourway portal.
They’ll send an email back asking you to confirm the following:
Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Last 4 digits of your SYW Mastercard
Provide that info and they’ll reply quickly and then poof you’ll have access to your points on the portal.
The card website is syw.accountonline.com
Shopyourway.com is the website that has your points (3x/5x from ggr)
Hey Citibank, this is an example of a good initial sign up offer. Maybe you should do that instead of just targeted?
My offer was $75 back when you make 5 transactions of at least $75/each. Combine that with the grocery/gas/restaurant statement credit (10%), and the spend $1,000 in online transactions and get back $250 and 5% back on travel and entertainment, this works out pretty well.
