Didn’t have it on my Target app on iOS. Thanks for the heads up though!

Looking over comments on reddit and twitter plus with the picture being blurry of the one that is being used, this is coupon fraud. I feel like Doc should take this down as it is promoting an illegal coupon, and getting it on the app appears to be false.

I have android, updated app. I go to bardcode at bottom of home page, I don’t see it. would you see it in the barcode section? where I’m suppose to scan an item?

Click the word “barcode” at the bottom of the app. Then click the word “coupons” at the almost-bottom of the app. Then swipe left/right to view your coupons.

They have like 3 barcode icons on Android, took me a while to figure it out!

Don’t have in my target app but I Called Walmart to see if they will match . Just told them I have competitors coupon for $20 off and told them it is target offer. They said fine and gave me $20 GC.

I’m disappointed that you would encourage this type of behavior.

I’m not sure if you’ll see this comment (as it’s been almost half of a year) but I’m near the end of my backlog of comments in my email and I prefer to always reply to people (with the exception of people like Daddy Dad Guy).

Anyway, I have no issue with people asking for a match. The part I had a problem with is the lying.

“Don’t have in my target app…Just told them I have competitors coupon”.

BTW, I deleted a lot of the comments without reading them in case you were wondering. Otherwise it would have taken me another 6 months.

I just tried five Walmarts in my local area. (1) we stopped price matching on the 12th. (2) we no longer do that. (3) we stopped price matching other stores on 9/9, but will still price match to Walmart.com (4) we don’t do that, we stopped doing that (5) didn’t answer after 30+ rings lol – so congrats Jim! Also Walmart price matching may be dead!

In other news, John K has nothing else to do! 🙂
Thanks for the updates though. Hope price matching isn’t dead – I love that WM price matches Aldi grocery in my area.

The cashier told me about the Savings catcher in the app which supposedly replaced their ad match program. You can enter up to six receipts within the last 7 days and if anything you bought is cheaper in your area, they’ll put the savings into your account.

I still have a store that ad matches so I just go there to ad match Aldi produce for now since my WMs also quit last 9/12 🙁
