Our Verdict
Membership costs $120, so it’s essentially free executive membership if you can spend $125 at Costco. Pretty sweet deal. Hopefully Costco.com purchases count too.

I tried to join in July and they took my points but can't get card.
This is also happening to me they took my FlexPerks reward points last summer and I still havent cotton my card.
Has anyone gotten their statement credit for this offer yet?
Just a reminder, this deal expires this Sunday, March 31st. (the purchase part with your FlexPerks Visa) I took advantage of it...it seemed like a ridiculously good deal to me. And they gave me a $60 Costco Cash card for signing up for the Citi Costco Visa too.
Fine print says it's for new members only. It can not be used for renewal/reinstatement of an existing/prior account. I wonder how US bank would verify this though.
Anyone know if the membership has to be in your name, or can you gift a membership to someone else?

Actually, the deal I got was slightly different in that it doesn't require a separate $125 purchase at Costco; you get the $120 statement credit merely by buying the $120 membership.
All it takes are these simple steps:
1. Purchase a membership online through the button below by March 31, 2019.
2. Print your certificate.
3. Present your certificate at your local Costco.
4. Receive your $120 statement credit within 4-6 weeks after membership purchase.
Does this work for online purchases (costco.com, after buying membership certificate)?
