  • The paypal statement credit posted 8/29

The amazon bonus showed up as a 07/31/2017 BONUS OFFER

For those who are not seeing both, check both statement credits and rewards.

  • I received the $25 statement credit this morning after 4 SMs. After the first the bank said I had to wait 10-12 weeks. I pointed out the 12 weeks were up. Then they said they had given me the $25 in bonus rewards for the Amazon promotion. I pointed out that this was the Paypal promotion. Yesterday they told me they would have to send my case to the President's office. I wrote back saying it was pretty sad that they couldn't just see that I had met the terms of the offer. Then this morning...the $25 credit.

  • I got the offer for both Amazon & Paypal and did both. I got a 25 dollar reward bonus today, so I'm not really sure which one it is for. However, I only got one, so I SM'd them to see if the other is coming.

    • I realize this is a little late, but I am in the same boat. I assume the rewards are from the Amazon promo because the Paypal thing said it would be a statement credit.

Were you able to get it resolved?

  • Any1 has any idea which merchant is accepting paypal and selling GCs with the highest rate? Really appreciate it

  • How can you buy amazon gift cards using this offer? I can't buy them from Amazon itself for it.

  • I was targeted, but strongly dislike using Paypal. However, I'd be OK picking up 3 x $25 Amazon cards for the incentive amount...

So, I added Cash+ to Paypal and tried to buy an Amazon card from Gyft.com, which immediately shut me down, although I did get my "card not present" alert from US bank (to be refunded within 7-10 days). Anybody know where I can make such a legitimate transaction without all the hassle? I have already requested my Gyft account be deleted. Don't need such headaches.

  • I consider Amazon GC as cash equivalent and will just buy 3x$25 amazon gift cards. In the past, I had quite some trouble with us bank not tracking those offers, but seems little to lose.

  • So the US bank cash+ now offers 5% ground transportation starting next month, which includes Uber. I wonder if we use Paypal option to purchase Uber gift card, whether that's going to be coded as 5% or not. P.S. I was targeted!
