Confirmed since Aug 21, still not payable yet
Same with me. I purchased the vpn+dedicated Ip and only shows as confirmed has not progressed to payable yet. I purchased on July 29.
They are loosing threads on it as people are not making it a big deal about it. I remembered they paid fast couple of times in the past for the same offer when people were asking about it to become payable here on doc.
VPN + dedicated IP paid out last week. Used paypal to cashout.
Anyone cancelled, got refunded and still got CB payable ?

Mine tracking as pending the following day.
Semi-related: I decided to go with SurfShark instead of PIA since it provides unlimited devices. Even though TCB says 100% cashback for Surfshark, I see the pending amount is actually 108%.
Does anyone know if adding on a dedicated IP subscription to an already existing PIA VPN account will track for this?
Yes. I had an account (from first time topcashback deal) without (account 1) dedicated IP. Then I got an account with dedicated IP account (account 2).
I asked to merge account2 into account 1. They asked me to redeem the dedicated IP voucher from account 2 and save the token. Then they added the remaining days of account 2 into account 1. The transaction on tcb for account 2 was still “pending” at the time of merge. It has since changed to “confirmed” and payout in 8 weeks.
So now I have a dedicated IP token but I there is no place in account 1 to redeem it. I think I need to talk to the support for it.
When I purchased it from the last promotion with dedicated IP, it still shows as confirmed but not as payable as of today. Not sure if I should put a support ticket to customer support forTCB or just wait it out to change from confirmed to payable. I think I used PayPal for the payment method, so I’m not sure if that is causing an issue.
I just checked my TCB account and it says payable estimated in eight weeks. That seems like a lot a time compared to what other people are saying that they are able to cash out payable earnings cash back quicker than that.
Mine has not become payable either. Coming onto 2 months now in a few days. I am hopeful. Quick question: For cashing out with PayPal, do you need to have the same email address as the TCB email, or can it be different?
It has been a while since I have cashed out since I am waiting for this transaction to become payable, but I don’t think it has to be the same email address as on TCB. I know if you go under your PayPal account profile, you can add multiple email addresses make one as Primary etc. I have a few listed with one set as primary and another that I use for shopping and cashback portals. Generally when I log into PayPal, I can put either of the emails with the same password and it will let me login. I’m pretty sure this is how I was able to do that. It’s been awhile since I set up my PayPal account. I would assume people have different email addresses or PayPal versus different shopping portals and website. I don’t think it would matter when you try to link or cash out PayPal from TCB.
Did you also purchase dedicated IP? I assume you did not use paypal.
Several DPs indicate dedicated IP caused delayed payout, I wonder if paypal would cause any issues.
VPN alone purchases from the last time has been payable based on comments and other channels I saw. But I believe all the purchase with add-on from the last round is currently confirmed, see my comments below.
So you just need to wait for ~8 wks.
Next time I will just get the VPN with no add-ons. Plus the first time dealing with that merchant and quarterly cash back category from bank credit card when using PayPal. Of Course I forgot that I purchased the dedicated IP and haven’t activated it yet.
Any update on if you got cashback for VPN + IP?
For the Private Internet Access promotion, it just shows as Confirmed but has not moved past that stage. I also did the CyberGhost promotion but that transaction is still showing as Pending and has not moved past that. Crossing fingers that both proceed to payable successfully but just waiting.
