These two offers won’t stack, unfortunately, since the former excludes Hampton and Garden Inn and the later only works for those.

New offer on mine: $45 statement credit on $225 spent at Embassy or Homewood.
There is also a 20% targeted offer for weekend stays. Is that stackable with this offer?

Well, since I don't need HH and they're probably gutting the program again, I could earn 3500 MR for a $250 stay at an HH. Worth 1166 SPG. Or I could stay at an SPG for $250 and earn about 1250 SPG. Huh.
Oh well, decided for me. Not on any cards at all.
Hampton by Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn is an old offer. well about 2 weeks old.
