Our Verdict

Works out to be an extra 5x miles per $1 or 6.66x miles per $1 spent if you spend exactly $100 or $300. Make sure to compare to other travel portals to ensure you’re getting a good deal.

  • I wonder if United Travel bank purchases will count? You could earn miles and use the $200 plat or $100 gold incidental flight credit.

    • I just started using the United Shopping portal. By all appearances raise should count, it is a clear choice, miles track and are confirmed. However I just had a Raise purchase clawed back from Oct 9 for no apparent reason. I have sent a message to inquire.

What else does Raise sell besides gift cards? I will be very annoyed if Raise doesn't count. If it doesn't count it shouldn't even be an option to select and is essentially fraud on united's part. After all, I am sure they aren't denying their cut from Raise.
