- Chase is offering some Southwest cardholders a bonus of 2,000 points when they spend $4,000 by 6/30/20 after activation
Our Verdict
Pretty poor spending bonus, an extra 0.5 points per $1 spent.

This stacks with the 25% points bonus offered through SW.
The offer is – If you have 6,000 points earned through the SW credit card you’ll get a 25% bonus added to your RR account within 8 weeks from 4/1 to 6/30.
You can put that same amount of spend and get the same 6kmiles on a Chase Freedom at 1.5% any ol time and then transfer it to Southwest
Agree. Very weak offer.
Yea I’ll pass and close the card when the AF hits, not a lot of value from travel in the next six months.
