Our Verdict
Free shipping through shoprunner. Might as well try to go through a portal for an additional 12% cash back as well. Seems to be a lot of items around the $15 pricing, couldn’t find anything for exactly $15 unfortunately so likely you will be out of pocket $1 or so.

Maybe I'm just really dumb, but take caution when testing this. I went through their site to see if maybe the promo would show up when you tried to pay through PayPal. Normally with PP, I see the total that I can confirm in the PP window or after back at the merchant. Here, the moment you choose your payment source, the order gets created.
I now have to wait until morning to cancel a $17.99 item that came out to $32.99.
The link from PayPal to Harry and David takes you to a page that shows 39 items currently, $29.99 being the cheapest. Only these items seem to be applicable to the promo, not others on sale, or other pages, for instance.
Nope, I went through from shoprunner, and I spent $15.98, and it works. When you check out at PayPal you can see the offer applied or not. Don’t click continue if you don’t see the offer.

Doc doesn't test all the deals.. He puts it out and we act as test cases
For this one, when you at PayPal, It shows exclusive offer and save $15, no total.
I had the same issue - it seemed to indicate that I'd have a chance to see the total before submitting the order in order once I chose the payment method but instead it just went right to the order complete page. It may be that this happened to David and I because we weren't targeted for the PayPal offer.
And of course Harry & David doesn't allow cancellation of the order via their website. :-/
