Having a pending cancellation at the end of the month apparently doesn't work.

I got subject line “Get $10 toward a treat of your choice” which could be used toward a Fandango ticket or Amazon gift card. I just had low cost cable internet so maybe reward amount is based on your monthly bill amount?
