$15 Or 700 Southwest Points For Quickbooks Online Subscription – No Credit Card Needed

The Offer

  • You can get the following bonuses when you use a shopping portal to sign up for a Quickbooks Online Subscription, Quickbooks does charge a monthly fee of $12.95 for this service but that is waived the first month and there is no need to input a credit card during the trial period.

Our Verdict

The Southwest points do count towards the Companion Pass and that’s really the only reason you should go for those instead of the cash (paying more than 2¢ per point for Southwest points doesn’t make sense as they basically have a maximum value of 1.66¢). If you do this offer, just make sure you cancel your account before the free trial finishes. Points/cash back will usually post within a month and should still post even if you cancel the account.

Also keep in mind it’s possible to get 50,000 points on all three Southwest cards currently, might be a good idea to pick those up before Chase extends the 5/24 rule to co-branded cards. If you know of any more of these free points/miles opportunities let me know in the comments below.

I tried calling 800-48-7330 and was unable to 0 out at their prompts to reach an operator so instead spoke with Sales. They did a search in both their billing and online systems for a quickbooks account but didn't locate anything. I'm going to keep an eye on my email just in case I should get billed.

  • I keep trying to log back into Quickbooks to cancel my free trial, now that my points have posted and I keep running into this "Thank you for signing in!
Unfortunately, there is no QuickBooks Online company or QuickBooks Accountant account associated with xxx@xxx."

Anyone else receiving this? I didn't put in any CC info, but I'd like to cancel to ensure there's never a debt in my name...

    • I signed up for a trial the first day William posted this (with a cc too) and still have not gotten the 850 AA miles. It doesn't sound like it will go through for me at this point.

    • How long did it take for the miles to post from the day of signing up?

Also, did you have to give your CC info to sign up?

      Thanks!

  • Does anyone know if SAH alternates between $7 and $15? I think I will wait a bit to see if the $15 offer comes back.

  • I just ended up using a virtual credit card. Couldn't figure out how to get it to work on the $12.95 option without credit card
