The Offer

  • Amazon is offering a $15 promo credit toward a future purchase when you spend $50 on select household and baby items. (Code should apply automatically or use promo code: STOCKUPSAVE)

Our Verdict

Nice big selection of items includes tissues, toilet paper, detergent, diapers, wipes and more. As always with these deals, price compare to ensure these aren’t inflated prices.

I bought the 40-pack of Bounty (has $4 coupon) and also the Hefty trash bags. I was also able to use a Shop With Points deal for additional 10% off (and still use up my gift card balance as well since the points card was my default payment method).

  • Got the email saying the $15 credit has been given, when the items shipped. So didn't have to wait 30 days for this promo. Nice.

  • I get how @6 was able to stack Shop with Points, but I was befuddled at how he was able to also stack the $4 credit on the Hefty bags (which is a coupon meant for Subscribe & Save), while also still meeting the $50 spend requirement for the $15 promo credit (which necessitates doing a regular checkout purchase of items).

That $4 credit is meant as a sweetener for setting up a first-time Subscribe & Save for that item. The "Set up now" button routes you to a distinctly different checkout process, for that one item only (and cannot do multiple different items, or apply code such as STOCKUPSAVE), which is not the same as the regular checkout purchase (where it shows the message in a top box stating that you met the requirements for the $15 promo credit).

The trick is to tick the boxes for the Subscribe & Save sweetener coupons (e.g. $4 for Chuck's Hefty bags), and then click "One time purchase" to add to cart (ostensibly for full price, not the Subscribe & Save price). Then at the regular checkout, the key is to check the box under the item to establish a future Subscribe & Save for it. The text will say something like save 5% today, and 15% for subsequent purchases, and you pick the interval for repeat purchases (e.g. every ~3 months). The coupons for the boxes you ticked will auto-populate to reduce the subtotal, and you'll still see the text box at the top indicating that you've met the $50 spend requirement for the $15 STOCKUPSAVE promo credit.

Nice little trick for another stack. Hopefully Amazon won't notice and close this loophole for a while!

    • Oh yeah, haha, I always price compare using the equivalency number that they give since the rolls are all different sizes.

  • If I use a points to shop deal that gives 30% off, does my order total have to come to $50 after the 30% off?

  • Let's put that $15 in the stock market.

    LETS EFFIN GOOOO.

LETS SAVE THIS MONEY BABY 💸💸

  • I'm still waiting for my Amazon credits from "Free Tide Pods & Detergent After Amazon Promotional Credits & P&G Rebate" (Apr 21, 2024)

    • The credits come a month after and was only valid for 2 weeks but u can only see it if u shop for stuff sold by Amazon.com.

    • Yep, same here. People were saying maybe it'll post after 30 days from shipping
