Our Verdict
I haven’t seen this offer mentioned anywhere before, reader Jeff bumped into and passed it along. It’s not like the sitewide deals, but some nice categories here for the offer. Far as I can tell it’s a public offer if you have a Discover card and are buying eligible products.

I found pre order new call of duty mw is only one I find eligible for this offer.
@guest_821863 did it show the Discover promo on the call of duty page or did it just reflect at checkout?
Oh, i think I make mistake. it seems this 10 off is a coupon for prime member, nothing related with discover deals.

I'm not seeing this listed on any item anywhere. My Discover is my default card. Can you list some items where these deals are showing?
I was attempting a different AMEX/MR offer that did not fly. Without modifying the cart except deleting one GC. Keeping only one HP ink at $53.00 and changing the payment method to Discover, the payment card - auto populated $10.00 off. With Amazon on the 5% calendar quarter, I took the deal.
